How did you come up with the name "Magnified Moments"?
"My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my savior." (Luke 1:46-47)
I love this passage from the Bible and have been stuck on this word "magnify". I want to glorify God through my photography and I want to put the magnifying glass on God's beautiful creation: human life.
One night "Magnified Moments" came to me as I was trying to figure out what to call my business. After an online search to see if anyone already had the name, I found out that there is a writing exercise by the same name in which a writer chooses one moment in time and describes it in great detail. I thought that was the perfect description for what I want to do with my photography! My goal is to capture a special moment in time and creatively accentuate the details to create a beautiful picture that you and your family will treasure forever.
