It's a common tip for getting a house sold: don't skimp on the photos! This Forbes article reminds sellers that there are so many poor photos of homes for sale that if you do a good job, it will set your listing apart and generate extra interest. The same goes for selling services. Last week a contractor asked me to take professional photos of a kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel he had done at two different houses. He is putting together both an online portfolio and a hard-copy portfolio he can display in order to get more gigs. Here are a few pics from those shoots.
